Koh Wei Kiang

He is a seasoned Senior Principal Architectural Associate at Surbana Jurong Consultants, with a storied career that traces back to his time at CPG Consultants. Accumulating 17 years of hands-on experience, Wei Kiang has left his mark on numerous urban design, planning, and architectural projects across Singapore, Vietnam, China, Kazakhstan, and Malaysia. His professional passion lies in the complete lifecycle of projects—from planning to implementation—and his specialization is in projects involving transport and traffic planning.

Ankur Choudhury 

He is an accomplished architect, urban designer, and co-founder of OEP, a Tezpur-based multidisciplinary design studio. Anchoring their practice on inclusivity and environmental considerations, they strive to empower communities through sustainable design that respects local context, culture, and traditions. Ankur, an alumnus of Shivaji University and National University of Singapore, brings a wealth of experience from his professional journey across India, Singapore, and Switzerland. Wang Xing

He is a distinguished urban planner and designer, studied at Wuhan University, the National University of Singapore, and the University of Hong Kong. His impressive career includes serving as Deputy Director for ATKINS in China, and Planning and Design Director for AECOM. His work, which has earned numerous national and provincial planning and design awards, spans over twenty years in China, Singapore, and Asia. His projects include urban planning, architectural design, and research on urban space and pedestrian behaviour, focusing on aspects such as revitalising rural areas and urban renewal. Since 2015, Wang Xing has devoted himself to quality architectural design, rural revitalization, and cultural tourism investment. 

Choo Meng Foo 

With over 30 years of international experience, he is an accomplished designer and strategist specialising in the integration of technology and cultural nuances in urban design and architectural works. His work spans across Asia, including projects in China, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Currently, as an independent consultant, Meng Foo leverages his expertise in architecture, the metaverse, and urban design, alongside skills in AI and fine art. He also shares his knowledge as an educator and runs a platform dedicated to explaining metaverse and design. Additionally, he has been teaching photography techniques since 1980. Linkedin

Dr. Ngo Minh Hung 

He is an accomplished academic and leader, currently serving as the Head of International Cooperation and Scientific Research Department and the General Director of the Institute of Cultural Heritage and Development Studies at Van Lang University. With over 25 years of experience across Vietnam, Singapore, and Thailand, he is proficient in research, teaching, and project management. His contributions span educational and research institutes, government administration, foreign businesses, and NGOs. Athanasios Tsakonas

A renowned architect, urban designer, master builder, and writer, currently a founding partner and design principal at Singapore-based Tan + Tsakonas Architects. Liu ZhiLin

She is an accomplished urban designer with a master's degree from the National University of Singapore. She has amassed a robust portfolio through her involvement in diverse master planning and urban design projects across China, Singapore, Cambodia, and India. Her notable achievements include a collaborative role in the regional planning and conceptual urban design of Singapore's Paya Lebar New District, earning her a Silver Award in the Zhoushan Thousand Island Business District International Urban Design Competition, and the DRIA 2019 Outstanding Urban Design Award. She has also demonstrated her expertise in regional master planning, industrial planning, conceptual urban design, sustainable design, and resilient city research, including GIS-based urban spatial analysis. A dynamic urban planning professional, currently serving as a Civil Servant at the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources, has amassed a diverse range of experience in the sector. Transitioning from an urban planner at the China Architecture Design & Research Group to a reviewer, she has dedicated four years post-graduation in honing her skills in the field. Having earned her Master's Degree in Urban Design from the National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Rural Planning from Beijing Forestry University, she is now adeptly exploring and interpreting the latest policies in population control, land use indicators, and industrial development. Amid the ongoing 'multi planning and integration' reform wave in Beijing's spatial planning, she's striving to resolve the challenges of planning preparation and approval under the unique Chinese management mechanism.
